Qualification: Full-Time degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical with minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE OR Full-Time degree in Naval Architecture or degree in Engineering with full time Post Graduate Diploma in Naval Construction with First class or minimum 60% marks in both, Degree and Post-Graduation level or equivalent from a recognized University or Institute recognized by AICTE OR Graduate in any discipline with 2 years full time Masters Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Public Relations/Advertisement or equivalent qualification with minimum 50% Marks or Second Class, from a recognized University.
